As CEO of SION60, I am fortunate to also be an adjunct professor of health informatics and sustainability at the University of Denver. I am also proud to support the University of Texas School of Public Health in Houston where I received my PhD in 2017. In 2024 and 2025, we have 4 Master’s in Biomedical Informatics students analyzing SION60 software to ensure it is validated against the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, The Joint Commission and the EPA.
Here is a quote from a recent analysis- “By addressing both the operational and clinical aspects of carbon footprint management, CarbonEMR allows for significant levels of precision in carbon accounting.”
