Walk Through

  • Assess old and wasteful boilers. Do they need maintenance? Replacing?

  • Check your chillers. Adjusting them to the best temperature could add up to real savings.

  • Check your air handling systems — are they up-to-date?

  • Is air conditioning used appropriately? If everyone is wearing sweaters, you’re wasting energy and money.

  • Many hospital buildings run on an automated management system. Is the software outdated?

  • There are hundreds of motors in your hospital. Are variable settings used appropriately? This is especially important during surge pricing periods throughout the day.
