SION60, a low-cost, carbon pollution reduction and ROI generating platform designed for hospitals by hospital leaders, is proud to be a part of Ohio Hospital Association’s Corporate Partner program. Ohio has a long history of environmental leadership, and we are excited to be part of Ohio’s future!
To celebrate our relationship, we are looking to partner with two Ohio hospitals for an innovative, no-cost, 6-month engagement. We have named our initiatives after Ohio’s grand rivers and each project advances SION60’s low-cost, ROI driven hospital platform to help other Ohio hospitals.
With our Scioto Project we seek a hospital who will partner for a full engagement of SION60 services at no cost. The project includes an on-site walk-through to assess scope 1, 2 & 3 carbon emissions, interface to Energy Star Portfolio Manager, define success metrics with our ROI calculator, review 100+ projects and build a 3-year strategic plan, including meeting The Joint Commission’s sustainability program.
The Sandusky River is the inspiration for our second initiative. For this project, we wish to partner with an ICU unit to identify a targeted waste and carbon emissions reduction plan for Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. The project includes a walk-through, 2 short meetings with unit clinical leaders, ROI metrics, targeted projects and draft plan to submit to The Joint Commission and the Society of Critical Care Medicine as part of their “green ICU” workgroup.
